#8 Add iCal export

We'd like the schedule generator (not the speaker one though) to also provide an iCal file as output in addition to the HTML.

Add LPiCal class Contains two methods at the moment: - get_timeslot - get_month_day Addresses issue #8.

Add --ical switch - With --ical ON and when LP schedule is given, `lps_gen` writes an LP schedule iCal to disk. Addresses issue #8.

Update LPiCal.__init__ method. - Arg lp_year is stringified before getting copied to self.lp_year. Addresses issue #8.

Pushed version 0.4.0.

The script can now generate an iCal file when generating the sessions with the --ical switch.
