Add KaTeX license file to the katex directory and add an acknowledgement to README.md. Update InstallAndRun.md to recommend using Java 14 and JavaFX 14, and not to use the versions of OpenJFX available via package managers on current versions of Linux because some at least are broken.

Fix the font size in the WebView, which must have units in CSS. Fix the appearance of REDUCEConfigDialog on Ubuntu. Fix the pop-up menu for initialIODirTextField. Update fileChooser.setInitialDirectory when saving configuration. Recommend a check after installing JavaFX on Ubuntu using Synaptic. Update to V1.7.
