Any idea why this error occurs when the song is available to play in Spotify?

Out if 450 songs I got this error on 11, and of those 11, I downloaded 10 (but slightly different, for example album covers were different, or they were remasters) when changing region to France and Germany

I was not able to download Adele - Rolling in the deep https://open.spotify.com/track/1CkvWZme3pRgbzaxZnTl5X

at all, no matter where I changed my region to: US, UK, France, Germany, Italy.

the song is available to play in all of these regions, but downloading it just doesn't work.

Any ideas on what causes this error, and if it's possible to fix it?

I just tried it in india and it worked. maybe try vpning to india? or perhaps it was ratelimiting or smth
