Updated the crontab to fix the lib.reviews mirror for #11. Also, added some style and the peers pride logo for #10 to make the home page look nicer.

Enabled https rewrite for most pages, except for the intended gnu mirror. However, this still seems to omit some directories, such as the peerskart. I will get back to it later.
