Software project ideas for self, mercenaries, bounty hunters, volunteers, or students. Most of these ideas already have an implementation somewhere, though they might lack features, maintenance, or a free license.

At this time, Peers typically approaches developers as volunteers; we have very limited funds at this time.

In general, these projects would need a free license.
