#73 Move translations out of the root directory

Translations generate just fine, but we need a way to navigate to them. Also, I want them in a different directory.

Not sure I want to get into the i18n_subsites plugin.

Okay, sorry my bad. I see the link. This is not orphaned. I still think I'll put it in a subdirectory later.

For #73 the best I could figure out for now just sets the url and the save_as meta in each file. Maybe later we can use a plugin to make this a convention by slug and lang instead of a configuration.
