#72 Author links don't work

Looks like Pelican (or at least my version of it) makes the filenames lowercase, but doesn't default the links to do the same. I'll fix this in a bit. Thank you for finding this.

I found at least one other error when the date links point back to an index.html that does not exist.

I will address those also.
