#64 Add some metadata

It probably would improve our visibility to add some metadata (https://www.w3.org/TR/html51/document-metadata.html#the-meta-element). The meta description is the most important one, because that's usually the description shown by search engines.

Good idea. I'll start with just the basic description from the home page. Articles and pages can add a description in their meta.

Okay I've made some changes. I'll add some of the other fields soon, probably:

• author
• generator
• keywords

Nice. #67 takes care of the generator.

Also, we should give meaningful HTML titles to the articles and the blog. Currently, the title 'Peers' is almost everywhere.

Ah, yes good catch. I will update the title also.

Okay these changes should all address the following:

• author
• generator
• keywords
• title

Articles and Pages can now include a Keywords field and that should append to categories and tags.
