Currently the language is (probably) being set based upon phone system language.
I really do not know titles in my native language, and this is how they are presented in the search results (even if the search query has been made in english).

I guess in 90% of cases people won't use other languages than english and phones default (since noone has created similar issue).
Also, I haven't read the API documentation, so I don't know if it's possible to fetch all available languages, and maintaining static language array is not a great idea.

Edited the title as it contained the feature tag which is now added as a label.
TMDb.org website uses default and fallback languages. Probably the same approach can be useful for the app's data queries too.
