#94 C-q in msgline

I'd like to be able to isearch, replace, jump to, or zap to control chars. This is especially useful if you're trying to jump to the tab character. This is difficult because the msgline editor doesn't support unicode or combined chars

Also, make sure that I can search by \t (tab character)

Turns out I'm dumb... This is already done. However, you can't query by tab character.
