#30 disable notifications

the switch does not disable all notifications "Show notifications on system tray or Android drawer if address bar URL is blocked"

The switch does exactly what it says that it does. Currently there is no option to disable all notifications but it will be there for the next version, should be quite easy to implement.

The new option is now implemented in my local development install and will be distributed with the next release.
