#23 Addon slows down whole browser

I'm using this addon since half a year and have recognized since then, that it slows down (connections to websites in) my Firefox in a huge manner.

Simple example: I have about 20 tabs pinned to my Firefox (which get loaded after a restart) and another 45 opened but "suspended" (using addon Tab Unloader). After closing and restarting Firefox with Cloud Firewall enabled, it takes about 180 seconds until all pinned tabs are loaded.

With Cloud Firewall disabled the whole restart procedure takes about 25 seconds until all pinned tabs are loaded.

So the enabled addon increases tab load time by factor 7.

I don't know how to debug this any further because I like Cloud Firewall. But under these circumstances the addon becomes totally unusable for me.

I appreciate any help.

Debug info:
Cloud Firewall Version 2.0
Firefox 84.0.1 (64-Bit)
Build-ID: 20201223090844
OS: Linux 5.4.85-1-MANJARO #1 SMP PREEMPT Mon Dec 21 21:38:53 UTC 2020

This is a known bug that happens due to CloudFirewall caching not working correctly anymore. That means everytime you start your browser,CloudFirewall has to fetch the DNS records of every domain you try to access once again to check if its DNS belongs to a big cloud which should be blocked. I'll have to completely rewrite the caching function to make it compatible with the exceptions feature I introduced a few months ago.
