2e020017afAPI PON: added ability to validate ONU's MAC before putting it to caches for further use which is controlled by PON_ONU_MAC_VALIDATE alter.ini option. If MAC is invalid - ONU won't be added to the cache. But this behaviour can be overridden by PON_ONU_MAC_MAKE_RANDOM_IF_INVALID alter.ini option.
