api.usertags: Added ability to get virtual services with identical names and IDs separately, keeping some kind of uniqueness. Implementation may look a little bit shitty, but it is just as it is. zb_VservicesGetUsersAll() function refactored, keeping backwards compatibility.

RemoteAPI: 'asterisk' call from now on has 'setunpause' parameter and is able to unfreeze users. As this action is done without any special checks - great care is needed when used.

Added new Astersik RemoteAPI calls: getuserdatabylogin, getuserdatabymobile, getcontractsbymobile, addusermobile. With "getuserdatabylogin" param you may pass "userpass" param as well to enable user + password verification. "getuserdatabymobile", "getcontractsbymobile" and "addusermobile" need no additional parameters except the mobile passed in "number" param.

Asterisk module: added ability to get full CDR/CEL data; fixed bug with call recordings download. Asterisk RemoteAPI call: set credit feature now checks current credit and balance status and works pretty like self crediting feature from personal page. Also added ability to set pause for a particular user.
