New module for printing receipts for Internet and UKV users. New alter.ini option PRINT_RECEIPTS_MODULE_ENABLED to enable/disable the receipts printing module. New template examples for receipts(QR-codes may be used if necessary). Some new macro options added for this template. New JS library for in-document(without producing any excess files) QR-codes generating added. Added all necessary translations and icon files.
