3e1e7f2984api.usertags: Added ability to get virtual services with identical names and IDs separately, keeping some kind of uniqueness. Implementation may look a little bit shitty, but it is just as it is. zb_VservicesGetUsersAll() function refactored, keeping backwards compatibility.
