  16. <p>I <a href="http://frostbitemedia.org/sites/default/files/Frostcast%20060.ogg">got
  17. interviewed about MediaGoblin</a> on the
  18. excellent <a href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/frostcastogg">Frostcast</a>
  19. of <a href="http://www.frostbitemedia.org/">FrostbiteMedia</a>. This
  20. happened over a month ago, but life has been intense, and better late
  21. than never in blogging it. Anyway, I talked to Jonathan Nadeau who
  22. runs the podcast, and even though FrostbiteMedia doesn't specifically
  23. say so, this episode is released under
  24. <a href="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/">Creative

  34. <p>Anyway, I've given it a few listens, and I'm super pleased with how
  35. it came out. We talk about the motivations behind
  36. <a href="http://mediagoblin.org">MediaGoblin</a>, the underlying
  37. architectural decisions, and even a bit of my own free software
  38. personal history. It went by really fast... hard to believe the show
  39. comes out to about an hour. (It was also my first time being
  40. interviewed on a podcast or anything of the like before, and I had
  41. some dumb self-inflicted technical difficulties. Luckily, Jonathan
  42. was very patient.)</p>
  43. <p>
  44. By the way, I have a lot of respect for Jonathan Nadeau. Jonathan
  45. is not only a free software activist, but also a blind user of free
  46. software. He's also starting a nonprofit called
  47. the <a href="http://accessiblecomputingfoundation.org/">Accessible
  48. Computing Foundation</a> which aims to make the life of computer
  49. users with various disabilities better by improving the state of
  50. accessibility in free software. Very cool and noble goal. There's
  51. a good interview with him
  52. on <a href="http://sixgun.org/linuxoutlaws/246">this Linux Outlaws
  53. episode</a>. Best of luck to you, Jonathan!
