nginx [engine x] is an HTTP and reverse proxy server, a mail proxy server, and a generic TCP/UDP proxy server, originally written by Igor Sysoev.
PageSpeed is a web server module developed by Google to speed up the website response time, optimize the returned HTML and reduce the page load time.
