#71 Reboot broken on D8

When attempting to reboot from a booted system on KCMA-D8: I get the usual OS shutdown procedure, to where I get blank screen and monitors turn off. Fans never stop spinning; it hangs here indefinitely.

Also seen in coreboot 4.10. Surprisingly works fine on D16 with the analogous rom.
