#37 Error Installing OpenBSD PKG/Ports [ OpenBSD Repository - wget ]

Short Description: Error installing apps from OpenBSD Repository.

Longer Description: Backstory:

The LibertyBSD repository is missing many important applications like nano, wget, git, e.c.t.

https://ftp.libertybsd.net/pub/LibertyBSD/6.1/packages/

However, my understanding is that OpenBSD ports (for 6.1) should work.

Luckily, like many other OSes like Debian, OpenBSD lets you manually download packages. For LibertyBSD users this should help expand application support while still maintaining software freedoms.

Cloudflare is one of the few mirrors to still host a 6.1 mirror:

https://cloudflare.cdn.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/6.1/packages/

The Issue:

However, it comes back with many errors:

Some of the issues seem to be dependencies, but others seem to be for signify. If I recall correctly, signify is used for verifying packages.

Edit: Sorry if this is the wrong section to post this.

Not certain if this is an OpenBSD or LibertyBSD issue.

Solution for LibertyBSD: $export PKG_PATH="https://ftp.libertybsd.net/pub/LibertyBSD/6.1/packages/amd64/"

Replace amd64 with i386 or whatever if necessary.

Notice for OpenBSD packages:

Cloudflare's repository for 6.1 packages appears to be down.

Feel free to request re-open or open a new issue if further help is needed.
