In April 2015, I had just done a transfer and loved the program that I was currently using.  I am not one for change and now just over a year later I had to switch over to another catering program.Like I have said in the past, I did struggle with CaterTrax at first but everyday got better and better.Now, I LOVE CaterTrax and I love being a #TRAXER.I tell everybody!I had to transfer all room reservations and catering from my current catering program to CaterTrax.My hospital is unique because we are the only hospital in the CHS network that has a banquet hall for outside customers.I struggled at first trying to learn this system and to work out all the bugs.With the help of Stephen Bui and other TRAX Support staff members I am feeling more comfortable with this system and if I need help I know that I can call on them to help me.Thank you to all the specialists that have helped me create New Reports and whatever other crazy things I have asked them do, it was greatly appreciated!!",

		"content": "The first thing I noticed that’s different about using CaterTrax is the tracking aspect. You don’t have to attach an order to an email and neither do your customers. The order is the email and they can make a change right there and send it back to you – no getting in and out of programs.
