Supports RSA PKCS15, RSA OAEP, RSA PSS, DSA, ElGamal signature.
Also have primitive support for Diffie Hellman, and ElGamal
encryption.
After uninstalling, run this command to unregister the package from
the ghc package database: ghc-pkg recache
