A XFCE4 Window theme! It's pink and looks like a Windows XP theme from DeviantART in 2008! I'd make more in other colors but I'm lazy. I'll do it eventually, probably.
Example
Doesn't come with the GTK theme itself. For the best look you should use a theme that has the background color as #f5f5f5 so it looks seamless! Or you can just edit it to match your own theme colors, but that's a lot of PNG editing.
