Added Parser class to make processing commands and things like verse or book lists easier. This will be the last gitorious commit, going forward, the repo will be on notabug.org

Passage class is more or less done. Interface class is a bit more fleshed out, but the prompted ? command still doesn't exist. However, you can now type show and a valid bible reference and it'll be shown (no pagination yet). Next is library class so you can look things up in more than just the ESV.

Adding passage class that fetches and returns the passage for display by the interface. Currently, it is hard coded to retrieve only Psalm 1.1 from the ESV for testing.

Adding a basic interface, and most importantly start of a build system. Currently the interface has one working command quit, which exits the program. next is show which will show one verse as a basic hook into the sword lib.
