#1 [Doc] Instalation

**Backstory**: My understanding is that this a mirror of the ports tree for OpenBSD. Therefore, LibertyBSD users can install OpenBSD ports from the time LBSD forked from OBSD (currently 6.1 with plans to move further). **The Issue**: New users don't know how to install packages. I recommend adding an explanation like `cd` into folder and execute `make install`.
