#78 Position Next, Previous, Random nav links in the same place across pages

...regardless of other nav content (e.g. the horizontal or vertical(?) space taken up by album/track/group/whatever name).

I'm not super 100% sure what the layout or CSS for this should look like but it should be more usable than it is right now!
