#56 Homepage layout YAML processing technically accepts multiple data files

This doesn't actually carry any meaning since one specific file is always used for loading and document processing, but the headerAndEntries document mode could use a spin-off for just one set of header-entries (in one file), similar to oneDocumentTotal (which is based on onePerFile).
