There is no content yet.
...But don't actually propagate tag data to the tracks, because we don't want to display a million of the same album on tag gallery pages when tracks inherit those tags.
This is just a display enhancement to make accessing art tags for the art used by these tracks easier and quicker (even if the art originates from the album, not the track).
