#6 Many albums missing Bandcamp headers and backgrounds

Unfortunately no one thought of preserving these, so whatever can't be found on internet archives is probably lost forever. I'm listing everything known to be missing here, as I check it. If you want to check something yourself on archive.org, look for `headerImage` or `customHeader` for the headers and `start_bg_file_url` or `background-image` (after late 2012) for backgrounds. Note of course that many albums never had custom headers or backgrounds dedicated to them to begin with.
