#5 zlib (uncompress): Bugfix: Handle big compression ratios properly

The "uncompress" procedure would fail to allocate enough memory for the output data when the input data compression ratio is big. This patch fixes it by increasing the memory size multiplier itself with each memory increasing step. See also #4
