#63 Update target SDK to 29

Shouldn't we consider to update target and compile SDK to version 29?

I just read the behavior changes page and it looks like there shouldn't be a problem. Though in general I'm not really eager to do this; it is more likely to cause problems than to solve any.

Na. Not at this moment. I already tried it and there was 1 bug: System Web View only showed a white page. We can try it later, but not at this moment.

Also I don't see an advancement in this.
