#24 Workaround white images

Some systems are stupid enough to occasionally push completely blank images to DSB. In theory, these should be hidden client-side, but since pictures often aren't available locally before they are selected in the slider (which triggers the download), this may be difficult to archive in such a way that users understand what is going on.
