fpbot
FunBot is an IRC bot for the free
software community. For collaboration. At the time of writing, there is
(probably) a single instance, running in Freenode under the nickname fpbot.
It doesn't belong to any specific person, but at any given moment someone runs
it on their server.
To make fpbot easier to move and to launch more instances, this repository makes fpbot's configuration and state files public. However two parts of the state are not published:
- The nickserv password for the nickname fpbot
- The memos.json state file, which may contain people's private memos
These can be sent privately as needed.
This repository is NOT updated in real time when the state file is changed by a command sent to fpbot on IRC. Git pushes are made manually. If you need the latest up-to-date state, ask first and make sure the last changes have been pushed.
