Subject: [PATCH libaio 23/28] harness: Handle -ENOTSUP from io_submit() with
 RWF_NOWAIT

On filesystems such as tmpfs the syscall might return -ENOTSUP instead
of EINVAL when it does not support the RWF_NOWAIT flag.
