Sorry for being so unspecific, as I also don't know the root cause for this. It only seems to happen to evgenymorozov (in fact, this happened even in v.0.0.0.0.1 of gnusrss for evgeny's profile).
Everyother feed is working perfectly fine. I have set up a cron job to do gnusrss.py -P every five minutes and it works like a charm, but some of Evgeny's tweets don't come through...

According to drymer, the problem is that the tweets are too long and my configs are not shortening links, which means that they're not being posted to quitter.se (which limits to 140 chars).
So to fix it, I need to add "yes" after "shorten = " on the file evgenymorozov.ini

Since the last respone would only be aplicable if the feed had a {link} tag, this bug is still alive.
Solved in version 0.2.1.11
