- To "what is" questions we give "it is" answers:

- Q: "You're not working. What is the reason?"
- A: "The reason is my laziness."
- or
- "The reason is that I am lazy."
- The last sentence shows the correct form of the sentence that starts with
- "The reason is".
- SO HOW TO SAY IT PROPERLY?

- say: "The reason he cries is that he is sad." <-- CORRECT
