#4 Patched VA 2471 crash after opening few files

Tested on two pcs. Used 10.9.2471.0 till trial expired, worked fine. Replaced VA_X64.dll, entered keygen key, register was successful. After some time and after opening files (headers, source) Visual Assist crashes, icon is grey, VA menu grey too. Enables again when studio re-launched, but crashes after opening files again at some point.

Visual Studio 2022 Community / Windows 10. Visual Studio 2022 Enterprise / Windows 11.
