#279 Correct bugs preventing GNU social from following accounts on Misskey

Fixes #277 and #278.

Hi, thank you for this; I've been somewhat busy and thus away these last days.

Have you tested this patch already? Looking at the code it seems correct, and the same can be applied to v3 ( https://code.undefinedhackers.net/GNUsocial/gnu-social/src/branch/v3/components/FreeNetwork/Util/LrddMethod/LrddMethodWebfinger.php ).

This patch is included in gnusocial.jp at least, from what I've gathered. So, I would assume it's already "field tested".
