Because of #249, I wanted to report an issue to notabug.org but the "Report a problem" link in the footer goes to a 404. I checked with the #peers irc chatroom and it seems the issue tracker for gogs was taken down without explanation. This leads me to believe that this gogs instance is possibly unmaintained, which means security and usability problems may not be addressed.

NotABug really does have its handful of annoying issues.
We have it as "root" repo because: it's seems ethical; has a decent uptime; we don't like changing homes more than necessary.
Regarding issues, we are trying to provide community support and any necessary patches to v2. On the other hand, active development has moved/shifted to v3, and we don't have an issue tracking there, we use IRC and wiki instead.
