First, i've tried interacting (following, sending notices) to misskey.io and it works. It seems something particular about misskey.de. I've registered an account there, @gstester, so it can be used to test. This happens when trying to send a notice:

@aab I think this issue was solved by merging #279. You should better confirm again.
