HTTPS Everywhere for PHP
This framework implements HTTPS Everywhere mechanisms for use in PHP programs.
It is much like perl-HTTPSEverywhere, but our one is for PHP (but not necessarily for 'web applications').
GOALS
- Shoud work with PHP 5.3.x+
NON-GOALS
- UI (and hence i18n)
TODO
- Currently php-https-everywhere needs some startup time if used with the EFF-developed full set of rules (since there are many) and it's not short
