1. What is the ultimate purpose of this program?
2. How will the user interact with this program?
3. CLI?
4. Server and frontend? RESTful microservice with nap-time enforced at gunpoint? mayhaps . . . Vue/AngularJS/React/Mithril/Meteor/Ember/Backbone/JQueryUI/Elm? Preferably ALL OF THEM?
5. Update a DB for non-specific use
6. What, fellow mighty meme magician, would you like to do with images, if anything?
7. Do we want support for the slower, uglier chans?
8. Do we want to fetch threads asynchronously with the new hotness async/await syntax in glorious Python 3.7?
9. Will we REWRITE IT IN RUST?

Archive textual data for the purpose of tracking statistics

How will the user interact with this program?

The ideal end user should be able to interact using a GUI application

CLI

We can do a CLI application, it wont be that difficult to implement

BLOAT a web front end is not in the scope of this application

I do not want to collect non textual data due to text having more meaning relative to space needed to store

We can add support for other websites as needed
