	PayPal wrote back saying that I cannot create an account on behalf of my website, but I can create a business account on behalf of an individual.
	Heading back to their registration form to take another look, I noticed something that I&apos;m pretty sure was not there before: text stating that if there was no legal business name, to enter something that best represents what I&apos;m doing.
	PayPal likes to send a different version of their forms based on what country they think you are in, so it should come at no surprise that information will appear and disappear each time you see the page if you are using <abbr title="The Onion Router">Tor</abbr> as you should.

<p>
	The registration form claims to require the use of numbers or non-alphanumeric characters in your password, however, every password I tried that had non-alphanumeric characters caused the form to have an unspecified error, without even any hint that the problem was the password.
	I assume that because the PayPal form isn&apos;t able to take some characters in password, that they do not store their passwords securely.
	If they were properly hashing their passwords, it wouldn&apos;t matter what characters I was using in it.

<p>
	Next, PayPal demanded the last four digits of my Social Security number, which I reluctantly handed over.
	When this goes south, it will not be fun.
	However, this form page threw an unspecified error as well.
	The only things on that page of the form were my Social Security ending and my data of birth, both of which were entered correctly.
	Once again, I have pestered PayPal about the issue.

	Josh Woodward has a new song out: <a href="http://www.joshwoodward.com/song/DoNotGoGentle">Do Not Go Gentle</a>.
	It&apos;s a pretty song, but a bit slow.
	It&apos;s the sort of song I would enjoy more if I were trying to relax right now, but I&apos;m very awake and getting things done.
