58.
This onion address had previously been used for TorChat and any other tasks in which I required an onion address for my client instead of my server. Originally,
authorednansyxlu.onion.
handled both client and server tasks, but this situation was found to be suboptimal. In TorChat, I would always appear to be online, even when I was not, and any messages sent to me while my laptop was not on the local network were just lost. At first, I considered this to be a flaw in TorChat and considered setting up a second onion address to work around the issue to be a hacky solution. While I still consider this to be a bug in TorChat, I decided to set this onion up anyway because even if TorChat functioned perfectly, there are advantages to using a client onion. Specifically, using only the server onion meant that I could not receive TorChat messages when my laptop was on a different local network than my server. As the laptop moves, this was a legitimate reason to use a second onion address.

 59.
As I was preparing to move away from Coos Bay, I reinstalled
newdawn
's operating system to downgrade from Debian Testing to Debian Stable. As a result, this onion went offline, and no effort has yet been made to put it back online.
