  70. When I uploaded my <abbr title="PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor">PHP</abbr> function and class library, I did not really have a name for it, so I just put it in a repository called <code>php</code>.
  71. I think that I know what I want to officially call it now though: &quot;include.d&quot;.
  72. Being that it actually has a name now though, I think that I will reset the version number as well and call the next release version zero of include.d.
  73. I will wait until I have something to update before reseting the version and assigning the name though.
  74. </p>
  75. <p>
  76. On <a href="ircs://kitsune6uv4dtdve.onion:6697/%23Volatile">#Volatile</a>, z showed me a very nice new <a href="https://fial.com/~scott/tamsyn-font/">font</a>! I never could get my machine to recognize it though, so I have not been able to make use of it yet.
  77. I will keep trying as time allows.
  78. </p>
  79. <p>
  80. People disgust me sometimes.
  81. On <a href="ircs://irc.oftc.net:6697/%23Debian">#Debian</a>, someone was asking for help installing Debian Unstable.
  82. Instead of trying to be helpful, one user kept advising that if one does not already know how to install Debian Unstable, one should ne be given instructions for installing it.
  83. But by that logic, no one can ever learn! Luckily both someone else and I were around to actually provide information.
  84. <a href="https://wiki.debian.org/InstallFAQ#Q._How_do_I_install_.22unstable.22_.28.22sid.22.29.3F">Installing Debian Unstable</a> is not hard, but it does require a small amount of prior knowledge.
  85. All you have to know though is that there is no Unstable installer, so once you install Stable, you need to modify your source list to point at the Unstable repositories.
  86. Honestly, is it too much to ask that people try to help each other instead of trying to discourage each other from performing even simple tasks?
  87. </p>
  88. <p>
  89. I have given up on my search engine plans.
  90. The simple fact is that I do not have the disk space needed to gather enough information to make search queries at all functional.
  91. Instead, I will just put together an onion address index.
  92. I need to add another table to make this work, but I will will make a list of only the main index pages of websites in onion space.
  93. I think that it would be wise to have the list output to a private place that only I can read, do a shallow search for illegal stuff to blacklist, rebuild the list, then publicize it.
  94. </p>
  95. <p>
  96. My <a href="/a/canary.txt">canary</a> still sings the tune of freedom and transparency.
