I'm not sure whether it's overkill but I wanted even more rapidly changing seeds for when running the program in a loop. Thus use timespec rather than timeval.

Got everything working correctly. Broke up main function a bit. Added some sanity checks and tidying up. Created README and LICENSE. Help message gives a quote showing where the name Shub Niggurath comes from.
