Got everything working correctly. Broke up main function a bit. Added some sanity checks and tidying up. Created README and LICENSE. Help message gives a quote showing where the name Shub Niggurath comes from.

Implemented a bunch of stuff; next step: print out what's in the eids vector, shuffle the vector, try using pop_back and push_back to transfer edges from the complete graph to the tree.
