  1. TWL BCI (Battery Charger Interface)
  2. The battery charger needs to interact with the USB phy in order
  3. to know when charging is permissible, and when there is a connection
  4. or disconnection.
  5. The choice of phy cannot be configured at a hardware level, so there
  6. is no value in explicit configuration in device-tree. Rather
  7. if there is a sibling of the BCI node which is compatible with
  8. "ti,twl4030-usb", then that is used to determine when and how
  9. use USB power for charging.
  10. Required properties:
  11. - compatible:
  12. - "ti,twl4030-bci"
  13. - interrupts: two interrupt lines from the TWL SIH (secondary
  14. interrupt handler) - interrupts 9 and 2.
  15. Optional properties:
  16. - ti,bb-uvolt: microvolts for charging the backup battery.
  17. - ti,bb-uamp: microamps for charging the backup battery.
  18. Examples:
  19. bci {
  20. compatible = "ti,twl4030-bci";
  21. interrupts = <9>, <2>;
  22. ti,bb-uvolt = <3200000>;
  23. ti,bb-uamp = <150>;
  24. };
