#30 Power off doesn't work properly

Power off doesn't make the 3ds shut down properly for me. The app just crashes instead, with the top screen staying off, since it was turned off earlier (touch screen got darker, top screen turned off). Enable Screen sleep after inactivity seems to be somewhat buggy too.
