#17 Duplicated entries in download list

Sometimes (to be honest, most of the time) when I restart freeshop all titles in the download queue will be duplicated. So 5 entries -> 10 entries.

Unfortunatly my internet doesn't allow quick test as to what would happen if one finishes etc. For now I just delete the duplicated entries manually.

Additional Infos: Using o3ds and latest luma etc. (installed the cfw just yesterday)

It seems it only duplicates entries that are queued, not ones that are currently downloading or have partially been downloaded before
